Inspection Reports help landlords and property managers keep a record of the condition of a property when a Tenant moves in, moves out and sometimes periodically in between. Landlord Cart helps to make this process simple by taking the paperwork and long forms out of the process.
We use the “rental car” methodology to help you manage your inspections. What is this? If you have ever rented a car, the attendant may ask you to note any “issues” with the car. So rather than going through and marking each item — which can be hundreds, you start with assumption that everything is in good and working condition and mark only the items in your inspection report that is not.
This creates efficiency. If you are more traditional and want to leave a note on each item — we allow that too, including uploading a scanned copy of an inspection return you have filled out by hand!
