Tenant Portal
When managing any property, organization and communication are themes any landlord or property manager finds essential to success. Landlord Cart helps you tackle both with our password protected Tenant Portal.
The Tenant Portal is a custom view where your Tenants can login to see only their own account information, send secure communications to you, request maintenance and repairs on their unit or download a copy of their lease.
Your Tenant’s will need to complete a small registration to gain access to their account. This is so they can select a password to securely access their account on the platform.
As the Property Manager, login to the Dashboard and click Tenants. A unique code will appear that your Tenant can use to register. Provide this code to your Tenant. We recommend you create a letter or e-mail letting the Tenant know that you are using property management software to help administer their lease and that they should register in order to see account details, send communications, ect.
Using their unique code provide, ask the Tenant to visit https://www.selfservice.properties (the same URL you use as Property Manager) and on the Login page click Sign Up
