With the All-in-One Message Center, Property Managers and Renters can quickly exchange Messages with each other. For the Renter, maybe it’s a request to repair something that has broken. For the Property Manager, maybe it’s a quick blast to remind Tenants to protect the pipes during winter.
Maintaining open and traceable dialog helps all parties stay transparent, promotes trust and, keeps everyone organized.
If you have a mobile number on file, Landlord Cart will send both the Tenant and the Property Manager a SMS/TEXT message when new messages are received so that you can respond quickly. In addition, we’ll track when a message was read by both parties for reference.
Messages are organized and presented in an attractive manner and rolling up threads to maximize screen space.
