Landlord Cart makes recording of Payments easy by filling out just a few payment details like Tenant, Date of Payment, Payment Method and the Amount.
For fast recording of transactions, there is also the ability to clone (or copy) a previous Payment to pre-populate fields making recording of Payments even easier.
You have the ability to send a text message or E-mail to the Tenant confirming their payment receipt. Tenants can also see their payments reflected in the Tenant Portal if they have been granted access.
